First Steps: Part II

Governor Blunt is starting to retreat on this issue! According to todays Post-Dispatch he has announced a plan that would require insurance companies to pay for: Occupational, physical and speach therapy and assistive technology. The drawback is that insurance wound only have to pay $3000 per year. Individuals would have a copay of up to $100 per month. The governor's plan would also restore 14.5 million of the money cut (since 22.7 million was eliminated this isn't saying much). Of course the insurance companies are screaming bloody murder about it.
