to save the content of books, people memorized one in order to pass the content on to others.](cool book)It's a tossup between the first three books of the Ilearth trilogy (which is actually six books long) and The Best of Cordwainer Smith. Cordwainer Smith wrote some of the most interesting and unique science fiction back in the 30's and 40's and was an interesting person in his own right. If you haven't read anything by him check him out.

What is the last book you bought? Primate Phylogeny and Evolution - although I ordered it a month ago and it still hasn't shown up yet!

What are you currently reading? The Origins of Adatpatations by Verne Grant, New Directions in Ecological Physiology ed by Feder, The Mammalian Radiations by Eisenberger and Genetics and the Evolutionary Process by Dobzhansky.
